Stephen C. Herman, Esq.

After one year at Syracuse Law School, Stephen Herman entered the Peace CORPS in 1971 and was assigned to work in the Dominican Republic for two years as an accountant / promoter in credit and savings cooperatives. He resumed his legal studies at Hostra Law School in 1973 and graduated in 1975. Stephen was admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and worked for one year for south Brooklyn Legal Services on Landlord / Tenant matters and for four years with Nassau Suffolk Law Services providing legal services to indigent persons' in civil matters. In June of 1980, he went into private practice with a concentration in Immigration Law. In June of 2005, Stephen formed a law partnership with Juan Carlos Bernardo, known as Herman & Bernardo.
