Application for Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of Status is the term used when an alien beneficiary is eligible to apply for resident status in the United States. In order to apply for Adjustment of Status, an alien must have a previously approved family petition with a current priority date or be an immediate relative (ie. Spouse or parent of an adult US citizen who entered the country legally). Our services include preparation of all required applications with supporting documentation.
